Just Initiatve is a community development ministry working alongside those who have been impacted by homelessness in the heart of Tampa - offering housing supports, basic necessities, community gatherings, education and enriching children's activities.

The Zone started as a homework club in 2015, and has grown into a high-quality whole-child development program. 

This program is an innovative wholistic program building bonds that in many cases will last a lifetime. We focus on emotional and social, skills while sharing the love of God. Children in this program have the opportunity to learn about how they are loved by others and by God and how to love themselves others well. 

The Zone is an activity for children within the Woven program. It includes weekly gatherings, field trips, family events, a week camp in the summer (Just Kids Week) and our Back-To-School-Ready initiative. 

Funding for this program is primarily provided by The Children's Board of Hillsborough County
